Physical Education Enrichment Activities K-12

I do not know who to attribute this to.  It's a fabulous list of physical education activites that were sent to me.  It's signed by a Mrs. Kuchar & WHS Physical Education Team, but I don't know who she is or who WHS is so that I can attribute this to them.

E-Learning Physical Education Enrichment Activities K-12

Hello everyone!  We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.  We know that everything may be difficult during this time. The power of uncertainty and the unknown can take hold of our whole physical and emotional well being; making it difficult to function reasonably.  However, we do not want to see this happen, and the only way that we can prevent this is reminding ourselves that we are NOT ALONE. We are all in this TOGETHER. Teamwork is essential in being victorious, especially, during the darkest, most difficult times.  Even though we are “social distancing” does not mean that we cannot be social! We have resources that allow us to remain connected, positive, and keep moving forward!

We wanted to put together a list of some physical and mental resources that may be beneficial to all, students, staff, and parents, and we encourage everyone to keep MOVING!  Exercise and healthy eating is essential in boosting your immunity, something that we all need! We hope these resources help you in some way! Find something to try, set a goal for yourself, facetime a friend, or get your family moving together!  Dwayne Johson said, “The road to success and greatness is always paved with consistent hard work. Outwork your competitors, be authentic, and above all else...chase your greatness.” This is a difficult time, but there is a silver lining, one that exists for us all, and one that exists for each of you as individuals.

Good Vibes only,
Mrs. Kuchar & WHS Physical Education Team
