Join us this summer to learn more about our oceans and
discover ideas on how to incorporate them into your teaching! Our summer
courses equip participants with important science content information,
hands-on activities and PDPs or graduate credit.
Session 1: July 13 - 16, plus one Saturday callback (Nov.
14)
Session 2: August 3 - 6, plus one Saturday callback (Nov.
21)

Who Is Eligible
K-12 teachers and school administrators currently employed in
a New England School System (pre-K, after-school, college, homeschool and
informal teachers and administrators do not qualify for this program).
How to Apply
*The last day for MTA and BTU card acceptance for Aquarium
educator admission is June 30, 2015. APPLY NOW for access all summer long and
into the next school year!

World Oceans Day 2015

Celebrate World Oceans Day with the Aquarium!
Date: Sunday, June 7, 2015
Time: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Location: New England Aquarium Front Plaza
Join us for free, outdoor activities as the Aquarium
celebrates World Oceans Day. We'll have hands-on activities for kids, cooking
demonstrations and lots to learn about ocean animals. There is plenty for the
entire family to learn and do!
Please note that while all World Oceans Day activities are
free, admission to the Aquarium is not included.

Aquarium, take this opportunity to study the ocean in your classroom with
great resources from the World Oceans Day and the World Ocean Observatory sites.
