The New Teacher Community (NTC) is pleased to offer Lesley alumni the opportunity to enhance their teaching by receiving
up to $400 in financial support through an NTC Educational Enrichment Grant.
Funds will be disbursed on a
reimbursement basis and may be used for such things as:
- Classroom supplies for specific projects and curriculum enhancement
- Educational apps connected to the curriculum being taught
- Enrichment/professional development opportunities, such as attending a conference or educational workshop.
- Membership in a professional organization
To Apply:
- Complete the application form providing all requested information. Click on this LINK TO THE APPLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE
- Provide supporting documentation as requested in Sections 1 and 2.
- Submit a proposed budget, following the guidelines provided.
- Typed applications are preferred, but if handwritten, must be legible. In general, successful applications are well-written.
- Limit request for funds to an amount up to $400.
- Submit application in its entirety by January 31, 2018. Delivery of application will be confirmed via email within 2 business days of receipt.
Note:
- Priority will be given to first-time applicants and teachers who are in their first three years of full-time teaching.
- All applicants will be notified of the results by the end of February 2018.
